Our home base is located in Chapin, South Carolina!

WHAT IF I HAVE AN ALLERGY?

Please make note in the comment section of your order, we will make sure your box or board is prepared accordingly and does not include items associated with allergy. (Please note that all boards and boxes are NOT made in a nut free facility)

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Of course! Delivery fee is based on mileage per delivery location.

Pick-up available:

Mon-Sat 9:00am-5:00pm Chapin

Tues-Thurs 10:00am-2pm Columbia

Fri-Sat 10:00am-5pm Columbia 
Two Locations: Chapin or Columbia (Rosewood Dr.) *Make note in check-out box for pick-up location and time*

Deliveries available Monday-Saturday (9:00am-5:00pm)

WHAT ARE YOUR BOARDS SERVED ON?

Each Charcuterie board is served on an environmentally friendly, biodegradable palm leaf disposable board. These are leak proof and refrigerator safe.   

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER FOR DELIVERY/PICK-UP?

Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance. However, we will always do our best to accommodate if needed sooner. *Please give us a call before completing your order for a rush order*

DO I NEED TO REFRIGERATE MY BOARD OR BOX AFTER PICK UP/DELIVERY?

Yes, your board or box will need to be kept cool until your event/consumption for food safety and food quality upon acceptance. We recommend consuming your board within a 24hr timeframe for top quality. Please keep board in box until ready to place out to help prevent moisture build-up.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance by calling (803) 351-3888 to avoid a cancellation charge of 100% of cost. Thank you!
